1957 The founder, Mr. Wan Yan Chen, joined the Japan Taiwan New Ion Corporation to learn rolling and hydraulic system technology and brought the technology back to Taiwan to launch the WanYin business.	1961 WanYin Iron Plant was founded in Sanchong District, New Taipei City, manufactured rolling equipment and the first hydraulic machine, and soon after began to manufacture hydraulic equipment.	1983 Name officially changed to WanYin Machinery Co., Ltd, moved to Luzhu Dist, Taoyuan City, and committed to the development and manufacture of extrusion section bars and auxiliary equipment.
1984 The export market was opened after exporting 550 and 800 ton aluminum extrusion machines to China and Dominican Republic respectively.	1988 The range of products and services have been expanded to include the manufacturing of auxiliary equipment such as stretchers, hot shears and slipped saw machines. From extrusion machines to whole plant system equipment, 350 to 3500 ton extrusion equipment have been developed and sold worldwide.	2013 The plant was relocated to Guanyin Dist, Taoyuan City to improve service quality. The distant service platform is under development. With the transformation of extrusion equipment, the semi-automatic equipment is expected to be upgraded to full range equipment.
